The communication agency that operates in the states of São Paulo and Bahia, sought to change its address and give a new face to its office, in this project we tried to give a modern air to the environment and at the same time create functional and simple decoration elements , made with common materials in civil construction. Another challenge of the work was its execution, due to the strict rules of the commercial building.

The architectural project features an imposing façade that embodies the essence of the Brutalist style, immersing itself in the austere and raw beauty of pure concrete. The modern façade, devoid of conventional windows or doors, makes a bold, avant-garde statement. The texture of the concrete, with its straight lines and sharp angles, gives the structure a commanding, sculptural presence. The lack of traditional openings is compensated for by the careful integration of internal courtyards, skylights and hollow elements that bathe the interior of the mansion in a filtered and intricate light.

90m² cabin contains integrated rustic elements, designed to be built in cold places, takes advantage of the chimney located at the front of the building, which integrates a fireplace stove in the living room and barbecue on the outside, protected by the basalt stone volume that rises in the facade providing protection from the wind and privacy to the main room, at the top we have the bedroom and the charming office located above the stove to ensure comfort on cold days in the region, it can be accessed by a platform protected by a fence that mixes the rustic style with to Industrial.

Project of a small cabin on the edge of a lake. This is the result of the company's first experience using Unreal Engine, a platform that, in addition to super realistic images and animations, enables the creation of interactive mockups and VR presentations.

The project includes a transformation of an industrial warehouse into a house that also has all the space needed for the small distributor of imported products, it has two private suites located below the high level where the living room and kitchen are. The inspiration for the project came from the series Gotham, more specifically from the police station where the protagonist James Gordon faces the problems of the chaotic city of Gotham City, which despite being fictional has always been a reference in the artistic world.

Design of 3 buildings for tourism in the city of Antônio Prado, RS, Brazil. The project is the first of the company that, in addition to the technical and artistic part, develops a presentation for the client, ideal for attracting investors among  other purposes.

55m² project for a bakery franchise in Caxias do Sul, RS. With dark tones and wooden elements to make that stop at the bakery more pleasant and cozy in the cold afternoons of the region.

The neighborhood market needed a revitalization and a new appeal that would draw the attention of those who passed by, so we took advantage of the fact that it is located in the most Italian city in Brazil and were inspired by the style of charming Italian greengrocers, occupying the sidewalk. and transforming the facade of the place into a cozy space for those who pass by the place, on the inside the recipe was the same that is already a hallmark of our projects, simplicity, simplicity and more simplicity.

Inspired by quarantine and based on an old project, this secluded hideaway gives free rein to our imagination. The 40-foot coated and modified container provides the security and comfort in the intimate areas necessary for the cold climate of the place, while the glass cabin encompasses the kitchen and the upper room. An ideal solution, for a rental accommodation, for a hunting refuge or just a place to put ideas in place.

Space created for the practice of martial arts in one of the units of Academia 24H in São Paulo.

Located in the city of Pinhalzinho SP, the leisure area of ​​this site needed adaptations for the comfort of residents and guests. The project sought to maintain as much of the existing structure as possible, making some simple changes, which directly influenced the way in which the site was used, better delimiting the living areas.

The project required a modular cabin aimed at country hotels, with speed of execution, composed with a scenario where nature was the main element and at the same time offered all the protection and comfort necessary for the cold and humid climate of the region. The solution then was to use the most common technique used in the region of the project and let nature do its work. The Cabane project  takes the VertexSul brand with it in simplicity and efficiency, both from a utilitarian and executive point of view. This project of cabins built from 5mx5m modules is delivered by the company through a partnership with STN pre-molded concrete.

Obeying the line of large and functional spaces combined with rational and fast construction, we created this studio entirely in precast concrete and bricks. The ease of maintenance and flexibility of layout are extremely striking in this project, as is the location chosen for construction, which contrasts with the industrial style, providing balance between nature and city.

With the original project already under construction, the client saw the need for an extra bedroom and an outdoor leisure area, so the solution was to take advantage of the topography of the place and make an advanced studio on the slope, using the upper part as a deck. All modeled in BIM and integrated with real-time rendering software. 

The area available at the back of the house showed immense potential for the construction of a swimming pool, the project then aimed to take advantage of the existing garden and vegetable garden, fitting a deck to relax, the pool and a house that serves both as guest room or recreational espace. Keeping the place useful even on cold days. The simplicity and low cost always present in our projects can be noticed in every detail.
